Reporting Violations in the Workplace
At the RIEDL Group, we do not tolerate unethical or illegal conduct or influence. We are all obliged to report irregularities in the workplace, as this helps ensure that the RIEDL Group operates in compliance with legal regulations and ethical principles. If you are aware of any form of irregularity in any company within the RIEDL Group, please report it.
All reports of irregularities will be carefully reviewed and appropriate action will be taken based on their content. In your report, please include as many facts and circumstances as possible regarding the suspected irregular conduct and attach any documentation that may help clarify and better understand the issue.

The PDF form you can:
- send by email to: prijava.krsitev@riedl.si
- send by post to: RIEDL PRECISION d.o.o., Preradovičeva ulica 42, 2000 Maribor, with the note “for the attention of the confidential officer”
- place in the mailbox at the info point
- submit in person to the confidential officer or their deputy
By submitting a report, you confirm that the information provided is truthful and that you are acting in good faith. False reports and unfounded accusations constitute an offense under Article 28 of the ZZPri.
What will happen to your report?
Your report of a violation will be forwarded to the person responsible for handling reports (the confidential officer). All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Detailed procedures for handling received reports are defined in the internal regulation: Rules on Reporting Violations and Protection of Whistleblowers.
Anonymity
We encourage you to include your name when submitting a report. As a whistleblower, you are legally protected within the European Union against all forms of retaliation. Do not be afraid of professional or personal consequences.
If you wish, you may submit a report anonymously, without disclosing your personal data. However, if you want to receive feedback, you must specify how or where you would like to receive it.
